As an exhibition non-collection institution (so-called Kunsthalle), Galerie Rudolfinum focuses primarily on the presentation of contemporary foreign and Czech art. The long-term goal of Galerie Rudolfinum is to build an open communication space, which includes not only organizing exhibitions, but also active publishing activities, creating educational programs for schools and the public, organizing lectures, seminars, theater performances, music shows, etc. These activities are served not only by the gallery, but also by the independent Artpark educational center, whose dramaturgy follows on from ongoing exhibitions with the aim of bringing contemporary art closer to children and youth, but also to adults.

Loyalty program client care, individual approach, targeted communication, loyalty cards, connection at checkouts.

For Galeria Rudolfinum, we designed and developed a specialized CRM system for loyalty club management. Individual approach to clients is enabled by knowing the membership type, partner history and other detailed information. The checkout system we created thus allows loyal customers to benefit from certain promotions, gives administrators the freedom to set specific prices for individual events and provides statistics for evaluating the success of individual marketing activities. By connecting to the email subsystem, we enabled targeted communication with customers. We created, develop and operate the system in the cloud.
