About the client
Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech runs the only Hyundai production plant in the European Union in Nošovice. It builds models such as the i30, Kona Electric and Tucson, with an annual capacity of up to 350,000 vehicles.

For Hyundai we develop a comprehensive custom web application that simplifies communication and cooperation between the carmaker and its suppliers. It is a large supplier portal: external suppliers use it to handle the agenda around deliveries to production.

02The Nošovice plant
Hyundai's only plant in the European Union
Nošovice lies at the foot of the Beskydy mountains, close to Frýdek-Místek. Every car that rolls off the line here is built from parts supplied by external suppliers – and working with them has to run as reliably as the line itself.

Before the first screen exists, we map how the plant really works with its suppliers. The whole system design rests on this analysis.

Roles and permissions
People from the plant and external suppliers work in the application. We designed the roles and permissions so that everyone works with what belongs to them.

We develop the modules for quality, packaging, labels and improvement ideas to fit the carmaker's processes – as a web application, not an adapted off-the-shelf box.
