We have been working for Eurosignal for more than 11 years. Our system, which we custom-developed and constantly we are developing, brings easy management of connections for thousands of clients. Our system is connected to accounting, making it easier to monitor the correct settings of contracts, payments and client connections. The system is also directly connected to the Internet network connection points and can thus perform service settings according to the current client tariffs. Another part of the cooperation is a custom-developed application for managing tasks not only for service technicians. Easy input from the helpdesk, clear reporting and a comprehensive solution for user permissions simplifies and accelerates the provision of top-notch care to Eurosignal clients. Thanks to the mobile application, workers always have an overview of the work plan, always have the necessary data on current installations at hand and can easily record their work, trips and all necessary information directly from the field.
