We have made the planning of individual transports more efficient. We have made the entry of requirements and the organization of vehicle drivers more transparent. Our system is also responsible for planning driver shifts, which reflects their working hours and legal requirements for drivers' rest. Sufficient information is the basis for effective logistics management. Suppliers across Europe can see their orders, their specifics and loading requirements. They are informed online about the status of transports using their web access. Carriers then have their own access through which they are informed about orders, have the opportunity to specify trip data and communicate with dispatchers. A tablet located in each vehicle allows the driver to be maximally informed about the requirements and their possible changes. It is also connected directly to the dispatching system, so dispatchers know the detailed progress of the journey, the status of loading and unloading and they can flexibly respond to the situation. Also, the organization of loading and unloading in specific distribution centers is connected to our system, where workers can see the arrival and departure times of vehicles, destinations and possible time changes of individual shipments on the information boards.
